Lauren Pressley Spring Alumni Luncheon speaker

                                                                      The Executive Board of LISAA is pleased to announce that Lauren Pressley, Instructional Design Librarian at the Z. Smith Reynolds Library at Wake Forest University, will deliver the Cora Paul Bomar lecture on Librarianship at the Spring Alumni Luncheon on April 16. 

A 2007 graduate of the UNCG LIS program, Lauren is the author of So You Want to Be a Librarian and Wikis for Libraries.  She is also the author of Lauren’s Library Blog and a frequent presenter on education, instruction, technology, and the future of libraries.  She was an ALA Emerging Leader in 2008 and was recognized as a Library Journal Mover & Shaker in 2009.

We are very excited to have Lauren as our guest speaker!  Please mark your calendars and plan to join us in the Virginia Dare room in the Alumni House at noon on April 16.
